The Panther Project

Brief backround
The headquarters was built in 1972 through the direct physical and financial hard work of the parents at the time. The HQ's last major structural work was in the late 90's with the laying of a new floor in the main hall. Prior to this the only change to the HQ was to replace the original flat roof with the pitched roof, in the early eighties. (Back when the Scout leaders were only scouts!) Now we wish to bring the HQ into the 21st century and we need the help of everybody to achieve this. In May of this year we were given planning permission me needed to proceed with this big project. But the work has only just begun as we need to raise £100,000.00, which is the amount we need to cover the cost of this work. A Project Team has been put together to arrange all the events needed to achieve this daunting task. The team will meet on Monday 14th September at 8pm at the HQ to discuss these plans. You are welcome to come along and see what is being arranged or to lend a hand.
